Jnana Yoga – Yoga For The Intelligent

Jnana means knowledge. This yoga is the yoga for the intelligent and selected people. This yoga is the ultimate goal of all other varieties of yoga. This yoga teaches us to look at the world as it is, ignorance and prejudices. You can reach this state of mind by practicing strict discipline and virtue. This yoga is also known as Raja Yoga or the king of all yogas, since it is the greatest variety and rules over all other races. This is the damage deschreven  P Yogaatanjali in his Yoga Sutras.

 This Yoga consists of eight shares, of which five external and the other three are internal. Two of the components, namely Yama niyama offers and behaviors that the student of yoga should be avoided, such as lying, fraud, theft, etc., and the attitude to be cultivated, such as the cleaning, the non-collection etc. Asanas and Pranayama following two parts of Yoga.
