 While many consider Yoga as a form of movement, also known as an exercise in spiritual development. Most agree that the ultimate goal of yoga is the person you wish to attain inner peace and balance. To achieve these objectives, students are encouraged to practice yoga, the eight Path. The course consists of eight of eight subjects, Yama, niyama, Asana, Pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana and Samhadi.

 The first time, Yama, advises students to see the world from a moral position, and is divided into five different elements. First, Ahimsa, teaches students that the world around him. The second, Satya, you have taught that honest with themselves and others. The third Asteya to learn not to steal from another. The fourth, Bram Acharya, warns against the misuse of a form.
